The 4 Elements of Your Online Course
1. Somatic Therapy & Spiritual Healing:Change only happens when we harmoniously converge the mind, body, and spirit. Each week you'll be provided with sets of somatic exercises derived from Acupressure, Qigong, Yoga, Shamanic Meditation, and Earthbending (Southern-style Kung Fu) that will help you connect with the earth and align with the frequency of your inner artist. This kind of connection is key for you to not just heal, but THRIVE.
2. Recorded Mini Lectures and Mystic ChannelingsTo ensure you are supported, each week you'll recieve videos that describe the inner workings of the embodiment practices, provide insights as to the blocks and barriers preventing you from tapping into your creative life force energy, and empower you to live your best life as creative in a society that isn't always affirming of the identities you hold.
3. Ritual Magic & Creative Expression Exercises:Timed with the moon cycles and astrological happenings, you'll receive specific spiritual practices that will help you manifest change. These practices will unlock your creative potential and guide you into a closer relationship with your destiny and soul.
4. BiMonthly Live Pow WowsA key component of Earth psychology is being in community and engaging in collective healing. Twice a month you will be invited to a group zoom call where you and your fellow earthbenders will be able to discuss the training, reflect on your progress, and learn strategies for increasing your EQ (emotional intelligence) and SQ (spiritual intelligence). 5. 1-1 Personal Development Sessions (Optional & Limited) For those who desire individual emotional health counseling, creative support, psychic readings or the opportunity to develop your spiritual gifts, Sifu DeVante Love and their spirit team will convene to aid you.

Meet Your Guide
Sifu DeVante Love "The Queer Avatar" (they/them)
They are a 9th-generation warrior monk dedicated to helping do one of the most radical things...use creativity to love all aspects of themselves. Our society makes it difficult for LGBTQ+ folks and those of the global majority (BIPOC) to feel we belong. We are often encouraged to believe something is wrong with us, we are too much, we are not enough. After going through my own spiritual and personal journey, I've learned how to decolonize myself from these narratives and am determined to teach others how to do the same with my unique combination of spiritual practices, martial arts, and somatic therapy. I am ready to share my two decades of experience and training in these realms to help others find their way.
